| Do
I have to buy a carton? |
No, many
of our customers need only a small quantity. We have the above sizes
in stock in various colors and liners and will be happy to sell
you just the quantity you need.

| Suppose
I have a jar or a bottle and I am not sure what size cap I need? |
We offer,
for a small shipping and handling fee, a packet of caps with each
cap size marked. This packet will also show you the quality of our
caps. The thread on your container must be a continuous thread.
If the thread on your bottle is broken, our caps will not work on
your bottle.

| Can
I use KCC caps for canning or autoclave? |
We do not
make the plastisol or the two piece caps for canning. However, our
caps can be used as replacement caps over the vacuum seal. Our caps
can be purchased unlined or lined. The lined caps can be paper liners
or plastic liners, such as TS33.

| How
are your caps packaged for shipping? |
All
caps will be packed in plastic bags and shipped in double-walled corrugated
cartons. Orders over ten cartons will be palletized and shrink-wrapped.

| Are
samples available? |
Samples
are available by request by calling (717) 684-3716. Users of our caps
are cautioned to test caps for product stability and compatibility. This
can only be determined by the producer of the package; some materials
may react with the metal varnish.
